Soak up the Cretan sun by the private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and an umbrella, or enjoy a meal in the BBQ area. At the rear of the property, you will find private parking for up to three cars, as well as an outdoor gym for those who wish to stay active even while on holiday.

On the ground floor, an open-plan and light-filled space combines the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with one bedroom and a bathroom. Large glass doors flood the area with natural light and open onto views of the garden and the pool.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and a smaller bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and a generous wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms offer one double bed and two single beds, connected via an additional shared wardrobe space.

All areas are equipped with air conditioning, large Smart TVs, and blackout blinds, ensuring maximum comfort and restful sleep. On the upper floor, the spacious terrace with outdoor seating is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine under the stars.

How to Reach Us Easily

Our villa is located in the quiet area of Varypetro, Chania, just a 10-minute drive from the city center. Access is easy whether you are traveling by taxi, your own car, or a rental vehicle. From Chania Airport (CHQ), about 14 km away, the journey takes 20–30 minutes, while from Souda Port, at a similar distance, it takes approximately 20 minutes.

We recommend having your own means of transportation, as the property is situated away from public transport stops. This way, you can enjoy complete comfort and flexibility, both for getting around and for exploring the beautiful areas and beaches of Crete without any limitations.
